The precise understanding of proper body alignment combined with breath awareness lends itself to recovery from injury, illness, or chronic conditions. The essence of yoga is to bring body, mind, and spirit together in harmony. Everyone can benefit from this form of practice. |

Vipassana Meditation |
Cator's Craniosacral therapy is amazing. It doesn't seem like she's doing anything. She just holds your feet, back, then your head. Yet the psychological and physical release is profound, and the whole process is pleasurable and comforting." - David Spero, RN

Insight meditation, or Vipassana, was taught by the Buddha over 2,500 years ago. This timeless practice continues to have relevance for our lives today. Insight meditation is the practice of sitting quietly and observing one’s breath and body sensations. Through this simple way of cultivating stillness, we can learn to calm the mind, quiet the body, and heal the heart. |
